Extract the zip file. You should obtain the ova file.
In Oracle Virtualbox, click on File -> Import and select the ova file.

Change the Adapter name in the Network Adapter 1 setting to match the network card in your environment.

If your VirtualBox installation is later than 6.0.22, update the Guest Additions.

– Set SELINUX=permissive in /etc/selinux/config
– Disable firewall
– set “UseDNS no” and “GSSAPIAuthentication no” in /etc/ssh/sshd_config (to fix the delay in the login to the system from Putty)
